The luckywin of the Omaha-Council Bluffs & SW Iowa Chapter serves the following counties:听Douglas, Sarpy and Washington in Nebraska; and Adair, Adams, Audubon, Cass, Clarke, Decatur, Fremont, Guthrie, Harrison, Madison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Ringgold, Shelby, Taylor, Union听 in Iowa.听The Omaha location also serves as headquarters for the Nebraska-Iowa Region.
